Genshin Impact Durin Kit Explained

Details Kthat’s Durin – It’s only a matter of days until Durin will finally be officially released as playable character in Genshin Impact. This was marked by the release of information regarding the Durin kit that we will encounter throughout version 6.2 or the upcoming Luna III.

Genshin Impact Durin Kit

Durin is a B5 Genshin Impact character who holds the Pyro element and the Sword weapon. He is a flexible character, where he can be an attacker or supporter. Durin can provide a continuous Pyro effect from a distance when behind and can also reduce the RES of various elements.

The following are details of each skill that Durin has:

Durin’s Elemental Skills

When using Elemental Skill (E), Durin can choose which state he wants to enter:

• Confirmation of Purity (Special E): Instantly deals Area Pyro DMG to nearby enemies
• Denial of Darkness (A Special): Instantly causes several Pyro DMG attacks on enemies in front.

And after entering this state, he will recover a certain amount of energy to prepare himself for different strengthening effects and launch different Elemental Bursts.

Durin’s Elemental Blast

His Elemental Burst is really special, brott. Because, Durin can switch between two very different powers. Let’s discuss them one by one:

Principle of Purity

Durin will become the “Dragon of White Flame” with the skill combination “E+E+Q”. This “Principle of Purity” Burst can provide a reduction in the RES of various elements when players trigger the Burning, Overload, Pyro Swirl, and Pyro Crystallize reactions. Or it could also be when it causes Pyro DMG or Dendro DMG to an enemy with Burning status.

Darkness Principle

Durin will become the “Dragon of Dark Decay” with the skill combination “E+A+Q” where he will continue to provide Pyro attacks from a distance while at the back line. Later, he will immediately deal three Area Pyro DMG to the enemy in front, and also follow the active character to periodically attack one nearby enemy and cause Area Pyro DMG.

Additionally, he can increase his self-inflicted DMG when triggering Vaporize or Melt.

Additional Talents

Durin can trigger the effect of “Hexerei: Secret Rite” just by adding another Hexenzirkel character to the party. Apart from duration, this Hexerei buff provides strengthening for “Dragon of White Flame” and “Dragon of Dark Decay” by 75%.
